The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 01/Dec/2023 (Patreon)

The next section of the game is written, edited, reworked, and sent over to Nai for her to play and check out! I have one more section, which I’m already a good way into, and then it’s just the endings!!

Hoping I can get all I’ve done over to the editor and readers soon too. Will have to check they can still fit it in with the business that December always seems to bring!

This week we looked at more music ready to add into the background. It has been really interesting to decide what each of the love interest’s ‘sound’ is. Like, I was listening to a potential track for M’s romantic scenes, but it just didn’t work. But then a string type track was perfect for N as strings really work for them!

It was a kind of music-related week as Nai worked on collating the Fandom Playlists for the love interests and getting those published on Spotify! Think I will be taking some inspiration from the songs you guys suggested to add to my own lists for them, hehe! :D

But mostly it’s just serious full-steam ahead and knuckling down to get this game finished on time! I’m so excited! It’s really having the most chill, cosy vibes to it. A lovely fun, romancey story to warm us up in the winter!
