A glimpse for you guys into something I've been planning to bring into the game for some time now!

With the MC's focus now more on their Agency work than the station, I want to bring in stats that will not only represent that, but also effect scenes that are specific to those times when the MC is acting for the Agency, as liaison, or with supernaturals/those linked to the supernatural world.

As you can see, it's a work-in-progress still, hehe! :D

This will likely be stats that I add in when the game is finished, then I can go through and stat changes to appropriate choices to get the stats on the go!

That's pretty cool... there are a lot of them, though! As for the present stats, I gotta say, I like the fact that we could bump them up so high so quickly. One thing that bugs me in games is that you start out as a bumbling idiot who has the skills of a toddler taking their first steps. Given that our MCs can be mid to late 20s or even around 30, and that they've had training, they *should* be able to have some higher skills sets. I mean, much like Tina can go to training in the city and best all the city cops at everything, our MC should be able to have that same level. So I'm all for that (one of my MCs is at like 84% combat by the end of the b3 demo, with 1% people, lol, which totally fits her!). I'm also for developing the Agency skills, which should be interesting. But diplomacy? My poor 1% people skill detective has the diplomacy of a wrecking ball! I can't wait to see her try to use it! 😂

There won't be that many in the end. I just like to jot down every idea I have, then I can whittle them down later into the best ones! That's a good point! The MC would definitely have those skills already with the life experiences they've had so far. Which also makes sense they don't have as much when it comes to the new Agency ones, though I'm tempted to bump some a little higher depending on stats already used (those with good charming stat might already have some in 'persuasion', and those with intimidation might start with some in 'confident', etc)- not sure on that yet though!

Oooooooo I mean I'm here for the story obviously but the gamer in me does absolutely love watching more numbers go up 👀👀

Hoping it's a way of adding more variety to scenes, as well as giving more chance for people to really adapt their MCs as they'd like them to their new role in the Agency! :D
