Yay! Love this episode. I sometimes have a ten year olds humor, so the affects of the brussel sprouts, and everyones reaction makes me laugh. On a separate note, a good friend of mine has a daughter who is 11. Not long ago, in school, she was asked to draw a picture of a made up pet, and she drew a dogapuss. lol Not necessarily the name she gave it... I asked mom if she watches Big Bang. She said no, but grandma and grandpa do, so maybe she caught it there. Otherwise it's just a big coincidence. Just cracked me up when I saw the drawing and I immediately thought of this episode.

As I rewatch, I noticed your reaction to Sheldon talking about the PE teacher wanting to bend him over and give him a scoliosis test... Don't know when, or if they have stopped these, but at least in the 90's this was a regular thing in a lot of the US. In the middle school years, everyone would line up in the gym during PE, and usually boys with a male teacher, and girls with a female teacher would bend over in front of them and they'd feel your spine for any abnormalities. Did have one girls scoliosis caught like this in our class. It wasn't a bad idea, as long as they kept it very out in the open like it was. Though I can see, and I DID see how creepy it could be. I'm no where near as phobic as Sheldon is, but I hated it!
