DIY Rocket Engines - Easy and Cheap!

We go through a step by step process of how to build our rocket engines. At the end, we test the different mixtures. Our next video (in a few days) will show us lighting the rockets built in this video. (Slo-mo included!) Really awesome presentation. Since watching SpaceX Starship launches this year I've been inspired to try some building some rocket motors. This is really going to help. I've been flipping through https://www.rocketmotorparts.com/ and there are a few items which a short web search can't find a good explanation of how they are used. One example is "Delay Insulators". Do you know a good reference describing how these are used? Or in a follow up vid could flip through their site chatting about how parts are used? P.S. What sort of projects do you think will be interesting when Starship drops launch costs from $50,000 to $10 per kilogram to orbit.
