The best of a bad situation some may call it. He may not understand fully, but at least he chose to spare Gervic and Vlagg's lives. He couldve fought and or died doing his duty. But instead chose to leave them be. In a way, this may be mercy or some deeper respect. Like a last will for the commander he once knew. OoO. Somber. But i think it is fitting. Hoping the both Gervic and Vlagg will find peace. OoO
