Production update 2024-02-28 (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

I have been slowly getting back into the groove lately. In fact, just today, I've managed to finally finish the script! (almost)

The only issue is that the whole thing is about 60% longer than I originally expected it to be. It's proving to be a bit of a motivational challenge because I wasn't setting myself up for one of those hour+ projects, but here we are.

On the bright side, I'm getting more invested in the whole topic now that I've finally finished grasping all the concepts and writing the script, so motivation is better now than it was a couple of weeks ago.

Anyway! Here's the progress right now: 

The script will most definitely exceed 10,000 words when it's all said and done. This will be my longest script ever for a single video. The current record is 10,012 - Part 6 of the ABC history series.

Editing

I did some editing when I was in a script writing rut and got the first three minutes done. I did a bit of a Summoning Salt style intro because it felt appropriate to pay an homage.

So far, I don't have a lot of very interesting bits of editing to show, unfortunately. Just showing what the goal of the game is and the controls and general mechanics.
