We are done with the prequel era of JJK season 2! Be ready for lots more pain as we continue onwards! Now that we have a general timeline.. (JJK premature, then JJK 0, THEN JJK) we can really piece together the story better. I TOTALLY recommend rewatching jjk zero… or maybe at least just skipping around to the parts between Geto and Gojo. Funnily enough.. that’s what I’ll be talking about. The movie is adapted from a manga drawn by Gege.. but a year before everything else. Because of this, the styles SLIGHTLY different in the manga version. First of all, the outfit Geto wears is … called a Gojo-kesa.. ahha. Now.. this is a more controversial topic, so I will handle my analysis in it carefully as not everyone believes the theory to be accurate. In particular, the theory is that (due to Japanese laws) Gojo and Geto are a hidden romance in the series. This is backed up by a lot, but for example… Gojo sees his time as Geto as a “blue spring” which gege confirmed. Blue springs are often associated with extreme happiness or even love. Heres a funny one: In the ending, Gojo has his back on the left shoulder.. but when he hugs Geto in the very end of the ending.. it’s on his right! He literally moved it over to get closer lol. They share an umbrella and bicycle (which is inherently romantic things to do in Japan) The orange flower in the ending is representing true love. The background song in JJK Zero where we see Gojo and Geto talk for the last time is called “Pure love” (Also.. Gojo and Geto fought on the most romantic day in Japan?? Hello?) In the manga, it is confirmed that the secret words Gojo said to Geto in JJK zero (Which we STILL don’t know) are three words, and WAS spoken in the movie previously. In the manga, after Gojo says this, Geto blushes. We can guess he said “I love you” In JJK zero (I know.. bringing it up a lot) Gojo thinks back to the moments with Riko, and he thinks of the moment of them with Riko and her mother figures face blocked out (he can barely remember them) BUT he can perfectly remember Getos outfit. In the fandom, 572 is used as a number to indicate the ship between Gojo and Geto. This number is seen ALL OVER THE PLACE. In JJK 0 at 43:13 you can see a license plate with that number. Also the license plate number of Gojo’s car in the maki and yuta scene, his numbers are 12-075 which represents his bday.. SHOWING the numbers are intentional. Also in JJK season 2, episode one the time shows (5 hours 7 minutes and 20 seconds… hm.) Oh geez. I wrote a lot. Will write more for upcoming episodes!
