Ikalgo is one of my favourite characters of the whole show. He goes through a great arc. The new background is pretty cool as well.

Just to be clear, it wasn't "only the narrator" who could have informed us about Killua using electricity to improve his reflexes. Killua also could have done so, but he deliberately went out of his way to make it seem like he did all of that "naturally". The Ortho Siblings are still alive and thus could have contacted Flutter with telepathy and told him Killua is a Transmuter who uses electric powers. But this way, the most information they could give is "we got totally merced, and as far as we could tell, he didn't even need to use special abilities. Sorry."
