I WAS WAITING FOR THIS and I was not disappointed. You are absolutely right, the way the VA's mimicked each other is amazing. And a bit of a translation blip here: when Polnareff refers to the arrow's ability to control minds, it's actually more accurate that it let's you control people's souls. Hence their Stands being swapped with their minds. Silver Chariot Requiem absolutely blew my mind when I first read the manga, the reveal and the design of Chariot is just so cool. And when you mentioned the Opera, I always have felt like Jojo's drama and goofiness combined reminds me of a rock opera. Bombastic and striking but still taking itself a little too seriously.

A lot of people dislike the arrow as a mcguffin, and I mean it's true it's a mcguffin, I like that it fits into the JoJo mythology. We saw Kira gain new abilities so requiem stands don't seem that fartetched, and the way Polnareff speaks about it it sounds like it's just this specific arrow that unlocks Requiems, not all of them, explaining why Kira just got a new ability not a Requiem stand. Lot of faff, all I wanna say is I liked the episode, the villain ops are always great but Diavolo's monologue in italian genuinely surprised me, still like Fightning Gold better though :D

Joseph this isnt about the episode but i think its something you should be aware of, patreon is/has been sued recently and i wont get into the details of the case but it could spell the end of patreon potentially i would have a back up plan in mind when it comes to you monetizing your reactions in case patreon does shut down.
