Actually Clannad has 50 episodes(counting Clannad After Story) and 2 ovas. The movie you ignore, it was released before the anime, it's the same story but poorly adapted. It's strange how the concept of loneliness is very subjective, just like you said, you can be surrounded by people and still feel it. I always say that but this show is made for you. This entire journey will be so good! Can't wait for the next one!

I have told people that Clannad is one of those series you have to at least finish once in your life, I would even suggest it to people that dont watch anime. This anime makes you question about alot of things you will see more in the future.

Yea i have those thoughts too occasionally. But it’s a good thing I believe in God because i might have a chance to see them again in heaven. It’s my faith that keeps me going through the tough times. It’s hard to have faith in something you can’t see of course but i think it will make it all the more worth it if god does exist and I’ll be able to see him in heaven along with my family members
