how to use:

ctrl- water on

hold alt-thin water

hold space - spread water

F1 towel wipe mode

up/down arrow water length

there is a water color option in the editor, use with caution!

unzip and move folders in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VTube Studio\VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Items

to change hotkeys, put into "model" folder and load as avatar to config, then copy the folder to "item"

To change skin color - edit and tint the skin texture file in the folder
