Ok there is been a lot of people requesting limited characters from the past and some of you has been asking me to add more "value" to the Tier 3 so I the idea is add the limited characters to the tier 3 permantely but the price of Tier 3 would a little change if you agree, of course Im going to make a poll so everyone can choose
