Those 4 panels on the bottom probably the clearest of seen Scott's legs. His legs are quiet well defined for being wheel chair bound.

Look at Ethan's and Lucas's legs for scale. Scott's legs are thicker than Ethan but thinner than Lucas. They look in great condition compared to what normally happens from the lack of all day use.

First of all, that's not what "definition" means when talking about musculature. Second, you can look at any of the last few pages which actually show Scott's WHOLE leg to see that they are definitely not thicker than Ethan's ;)
