Honestly I'm confused. The guy who's wallet was stolen has a badge...on his wallet? Or there just happened to be an officer right on hand to go chase after a wallet thief? Who was chasing him -before- the man called out that someone stole his wallet? I think the timeline of events on this one is a little weird.
