Ok, so this one was a little complected, I had to figure out how to make one armatures root bone follow another, and then let go again, with out things going crazy.

I had to do some complex thing to let my gryphon eat my lion without it looking wrong. 

I had the gryphon much smaller when I started, but I could not stuff the lion anthro down his throat with out it looking really stupid. So I had to scale my gryph up, a lot!

Making this happen proved a little difficult, and I almost passed my deadline, but we are here.
