KKAPI v1.3 (Patreon)

This release focuses on supporting mods that affect character accessories, and to a lesser degree mods for the main game. Expect multiple mod releases/updates that require this functionality soon.

Warning: The accessory support relies on latest version of MoreAccessories (to be released soon) and will not work properly without it.
