Koikatu Cheat Tools v2.3 (Patreon)

Small release with two new functions and a large update to the runtime editor. Functions added were: unlock all personalities in Main menu > Extra > Wedding, and unlock all H positions in free mode (doesn't affect the main game unlike the UnlockHPositions plugin).

• Updated RuntimeUnityEditor from v1.1 to v1.3, check its releases for a changelog.
