I have a KV-13TR24 on my to do shelf. Picked it up from a local church leftover from a fundraising yard sale and donated some money for it. Haven't opened it up or plugged it in yet but it has a different power cord and added side rca jacks. Looking forward to your restoration video! May inspire me to get started on mine! I would love to see a comparison of your KV13TR28 with the KV13FS110 and one of your restored 13 inch PVMs at some point.
