This is a great monitor. Please note the monitor details and it will need the RGB component card, but still a pretty good deal for eBay.

It has been tested and is in working condition, the screen is clear, we don't see any marks. On the picture itself there are 4 dots top, bottom and the sides. Looks similar to pixels being out, we don't know what that is (see pics).
