She's changing the colors of the shirt to have her naked body printed on it. So, not quite see-through but close to it.

Not sure what state of mind that corresponds to, but it does look good.

It's sort of a thing where she can have conscious control over it if she chooses to, but when not paying attention to it, it becomes a mix of colors based on her emotions.
