The rubber Naga has no arms because she's a snake, and is a sort of rubbery creature made from living latex. I went with the no-arm version rather than two or four arms which I have also seen with Naga type creatures.

sounds like a fun story, "why changer chose not to give the latex lamia arms". in fact, commentary on your games in general would be a lot of fun
