Random Monthly Drawing, and Patron Request reminder (Patreon)

I still have not heard back from last month's winner. So, clearly Patreon's communication system is having issues all around. So, I'm going to start sending emails. Also, I notice that some Patrons are set to private, so in the interest of privacy I won't be naming the winner here if they are set to be private. This month's winner is not set to private though, so the winner is Eli. I've already gotten in contact with them over email, so that seems to be working.

Also, I noticed that there are a few patrons who are at a pledge level that gets access to patron request slots, but nobody has been using them so far.
