Finished another request. This one was requesting Jessie, from Pokemon, being used as a Marionette by a Banette.

This was a request from ControlOfMinds who wanted to see Jessie, from Pokemon, being manipulated like a Marionette by a Banette. I did cell shading again, as that is the shading style Pokemon uses. I am hopefully improving at that shading style, though I'm sure I still have a lot of practice to go.
