My guess about Guinan is that she didn’t know Picard because TNG “Picard” never existed and didn’t travel back to meet her in Time’s Arrow. If Data never went back either she wouldn’t have ended up in the Presidio mine. In any case, only a bar run by Guinan could survive WWIII unscathed. This show is a mess. Now I feel S1 was better because it was flatline in episode 1. S2 started with more promise, then plummeted.

Why does all this matter if the world will go through WWIII before First Contact anyway? And is 2024 supposed to be post the Eugenics War? Does WWIII = Eugenics War in ST canon? And why didn’t the Borg Queen just assimilate the French cop? …system overload…

They've announced the 'third and final' season of Picard and have wheeled out Levar Burton, Michael Dorn to play send ups of themselves for this one! Well, along with yet another role for Brent Spiner! I know you said that you're out after this one Mike, but the people demand you hang on until the bitter end!

The only sci-fi series that has yet to be turned into some bleak nightmare, is Dr Who.

At this point I'm only still watching Picard so I can enjoy these re:Views.

I (and I imagine many others) would LOVE if you’d do a Top 5 (or 10) episodes of TOS and/or DS9. I’m about three seasons into my DS9 rewatch, and while granted, it’s no TNG, there are some standout episodes for sure. I need to have my own opinions validated!

I recommend checking out the "Major Grin" YT channel as it makes fun of Picard in between these re:View episodes

After yesterday’s Picard S3 cast announcement, I hope it’s set at a Star Trek convention.

Now we know where they're going with Picard: Patrick Stewart says he tried to protect his mother from violent father: ‘I would put my body between them’ https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/news/patrick-stewart-violent-father-lockdown-interview-a9638331.html

Picard S2 just keeps getting worse and worse with each new episode. Now I'm wondering how Mike & Rich decide to cover it from this point on. Still just a few episodes at a time? Or just wait until it's over and cover the second half of the season in one video?
