To answer your question, Not only did Carolyn Brandt appear in those films, she was married to Ray Dennis Steckler for TEN years! Talk about embarrassing!

I'd pay for an online session to hear Mike and Jay talk about only the technical aspects of filmmaking.

Ray Dennis Steckler's earlier movie The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies feels like a masterpiece compared to Blood Shack!

My dad told me stories of how he and his friends went to go see 2001 multiple times on acid. So they def showed 2001 in Texas. I know Mike’s comment was a joke but I just want everyone on Patreon to know how cool my dad was lol

This video made me want a low-budget movie with a cowboy ghost in it but then I remembered House II exists. You guys should talk about House and House II sometime!

Good stuff. Stay safe y’all.

Do you think the B-52's song was written after seeing this film? The Chooper could have saved himself a lot of effort if he just wrote the sign: woo "Stay Away Fools, 'cause Blood Rules" at his Bloo-od Shack.

I loved "The Recovered" and especially enjoyed the honesty of the commentary. Tina Krause was fantastic; she really made me feel for her character and the atmosphere was creepy and unnerving without veering into "BOOSPOOKY!" territory. I enjoy suspensful, atmospheric horror movies and this ticked all those boxes for me. It's not perfect, no, but I've watched it several times and feel it was money well spent.
