Everybody has a universe inside. Fyre and Alita are no exceptions.
We could describe this as a fractal.
Everthing is a fractal; from existance to evolution in all of their aspects. It's fascinating and beautiful.

The Alita you've seen so far is part of the 2α Multiverse (Universe < Multiverse < Omniverse < "The Absolute") which is part of the Universe constituting Fyre similarly to a skin cell being part of our body.

But who said this can't be the onthogenesis of another celestial being?

In a place where space and time don't exist it doesn't matter how you were born either. Surely you were born somewhere, somehow, but it doesn't matter. You just exist.

While Alita2α is still developing inside his Universe, an egg has always existed outside.

Fyre is taking care of it, his precious lovely principle of existance of an Alita outside his mind, outside his body... By his side.
