Dot and Tulip go on a small trip to find a "snow monster", Tulip admits she's been grounded for biting her step dad (or in her words "mom's boyfriend that she married"). Tulip is convinced she hates her mom since her mom doesnt always take her side, but the sight of seeing a mother deer and her fawn changes that.
