in episode 1046 there's a brief moment of Marco noting he never thought he'd meet a survivor from "that" race when facing king, idk if that's what Mike was referring to but it's what comes to my mind personally

They have never said King was lunarian, Big Mom mentioned his race was one she has never had, and what Mathew said about Marco. Mike just spoiled you on that, only a hand full of people that read the manga at this point, even called out King was lunarian and that was only because the name was mentioned and people keep assuming Sanji has a blood tie to them which we don't know if so. Mike though, you spoiled her and that dude is not cool.

I thought queen mentioned it earlier and king had a reaction to it towards Sanji but i can be mistaken it’s been so long since this was said in the manga and this was like 10 plus episodes ago

Also to go off what krokus said since i have been here in the Patreon a lot of yall have been throwing subtle hints to a lot of things in the comments instead of just letting her guess or find out on her own but its not surprising because this is how most anime fandoms go especially manga readers have to throw what info they know into anime only reactors face
