Yeah this episode brought back memories from the game. It's like I understand why he did what he did, but at the same time je may have literally just doomed the world. And it was so cool seeing Eli from the game give birth to Eli in the show.

Right-Hand Man

Don't know how the game went but I thought it was going to have more of a cliffhanger. It wasn't a bad ending but it kind of felt like it cut off during the middle of the conversation lol. Joel is terrified of losing Ellie to the point that he will literally do anything to keep her by his side. To protect her from harm... yes but more than that. He needs someone to love and even though he still has Tommy, it's just not enough for Joel anymore. Yes he shouldn't have lied but knowing Ellie, if she was told exactly how she was "PROBABLY"(no guarantee) going be the cure, she would've done it out of guilt and obligation. Was Joel wrong for taking her and lying to her? When it comes down to it... a parent's love is a parent's love and I can't be mad at him for that because I would've done the same thing.
