Fun Fact: It was mentioned by Kenny back at the end of his fight vs. Ichigo that he named his Lieutenant, Yachiru, after the only person he ever admired. (Chapter 114) And this ep we find out Unohana's real name is Yachiru Unohana. The Callbacks :)

Throughout the show we see people scared of Unohana for some reason. Now we know why. Also correct me if I'm wrong but the number 4 is an unlucky number in Japan because it sounds like death. The signs were alsways there.
