Yeah I think out of most of the reactors ive seen you grasp the ramifications of this revelations the most. What they are suggesting Eren is did/doing/ going to do makes 0 sense if you take a look at the story. You are correct to say he absolutely has the blood on his hands including Sasha. Everyone will feel the way they wanna feel at the end but please buckle up absolute nose dive story wise from here.
