I was sort of fine with the One Piece reactions being released 1 day apart between each tier, especially when its online on Monday like this week...but now the 2nd tier got it 3 days after the 1st one and the specific One Piece only tiers get it (probably) 4 days after it was first released (1 day before the next episode launches)...will this schedule stay like that?

No going further it is going to be like you said with the whole 1 day apart per tier. Time and posts kind of got away from me this week but going further it is going to be just as you stated above.
