I was thinking the traitor could be Kiku or Raizou. Raizou is more of a ninja which work as spies, not really a warrior with a code like a samurai. I thought he told Kaidou so that Neko and Inu would be killed trying to protect them. Or Kiku she was sent to the future like the others but stayed behind in Wano and had every opportunity to tell Orochi plus she's seen as a women and therefore the odd one out. That's just my old theory for those that are anime only. The truth is obvious and shocking at he same time.

b4 i watch the episode and read the comments im gonna guess denjiro, tho i have my doubts tho most of y is cuz i didnt know about clone fruit hag, which afterward makes me think either hes the traitor for w/e reason good, manipulated, tricked or bad or w/e or he was captured or killed and clone fruit hag has pretended to b him or any1 else while they r not around for w/e reason. her taking denjiros place makes the most sense since hes not around anymore and since bon-chan is the next clone fruit user shes dead so if she took his place and hes missing now that makes the most sense imo.

oden probably made a deal with orochi for his family and friends and believed anything orochi said even tho orochi will ofc eventually betray him when he gets bored and has had enough :(
