I got confused about the pact as well. I can only assume that Sukuna brought him back without making a pact anyway because they both would’ve died together if he didn’t? I think that’s what they said in the earlier episodes about, if the vessel dies so does Sukuna.

I think the pact that Sukuna made with Yuuji is only internal within those two, so other people/curses didn't know the detail of the pact or they just can assume that Yuuji and Sukuna hasn't made a pact yet. Also one of the pact that Sukuna and Yuuji made is that Yuuji gonna forget the actual pact, so right now it's only Sukuna who know the detail.

Also I remember Gojou asked Yuuji when they want to start training watching movies about "Did you and Sukuna talk about something?" and Yuuji just answered "I don't remember". So I think yes the pact is already been made fully under Sukuna condition.

Sukuna did make that pact with Yuuji before bringing him back. One of the conditions was that Yuuji would forget the details and Sukuna confirmed that this episode when he said Yuuji forgot the pat they made. Also they said in a previous episode that if the vessel dies Sukuna doesn't die unless all 20 fingers were consumed. He will still exist is the fingers that were not eaten yet.

Sukuna already forced Yuji into making a pact with him to revive him, the two conditions were: 1.) Sukana can take control of Yuji’s body for 1 full minute without interference so long as he doesn’t kill or hurt anyone in that minute. 2.) Yuji would forget the pact had been made. Sukuna is the only person in the series who knows this, Mahito and his allies don’t know the pact has already been made.

yuji refused that pact and tried to make 1 where there would b no consequences and or blackmail by sukuna, since curse of souls can do tranformation on others, sukuna might b able to cure some1 and do a time delayed version or do something where hasnt hurt some1 yet but a few friends could have imminent death where he could tell yuji he has 10 seconds or a minute to make a new pact like he just asked sukuna to do. so sukuna just fooled him played his weakness of overconfidence and told him if he defeats yuji he gets full control when the word "execute" is spoken, meaning any1 gives the order to execute yuji boom sukuna, mayb only heard by yuji or even if yuji says it like reading the word out loud he gets full control, so he already has a pact lying in dormant for the trigger word to get full control. thats the pact he made with the condition yuji would forget the pact or everything in the time they talked b4 healing his heart. so he has no need for other pacts and is just having fun till that pact is released with the trigger word :(
