On a serious note, you have an interesting theory. If Ryuō can be used to destroy stuff from within like the collars then we might see something like that happen with Sea Prism Stone. I like this theory a lot

The function of Sea Prism Stone have a certain degree. While it nullifies the Devil Fruit users, it is also one of the hardest materials in One Piece, so basically it is impossible to break it. The other function of Sea Prism Stone is that when you are weakened by Sea Prism Stone, it also affects your Haki, as Luffy stated in earlier episodes when he got the handcuffs on, he was unable to concentrate his Haki, because he was too exhausted to do it. Sure, even when they had the handcuffs on, Luffy and Kid were still able to do a lot of things. But, the purpose of the Sea Prism Stone, as I mentioned, it only nullifies their Devil Fruit, but not their physical strength. The problem still is that even their strength is not limited, they are still not able to break the handcuffs, because the material is unbreakable. So even Big Mom, who is a lot stronger than those two, will not be able to break it through, because of how hard the material is, plus, she had on her 100% pure Sea Prism Stone, so that makes it even more impossible to break it.

Hello, is there a discord to discuss and ask questions? Thanks

Imo the 1st half of this episode is bad, but the 2nd is pure Gold... Gotta love Luffy!!!

I had Jojo's planned to go out a bit later. Was their something in particular you were looking for?

while I don't think the first half was bad, I do think it was obvious that they were trying to pad the first half with some filler and dragging some scenes. I absolutely loved the short fight scenes for everyone, even though they were filler.
