Beat me to it. It has been a very long time since I last saw that scene, so being able to see it again was a treat. I remember seeing it for the first time when it aired and I was just amazed at the smooth animation and stellar voice acting. Like, her voice acting was great throughout the whole scene, but man, that crying scene. Had a damn lump in my throat just from voice work alone. Kudos to Tamaki's VA, honestly.

The second half of Fire Force is where the story really got immersive for me! It has a slow start but if you keep hanging on, it’ll get so much better!
