The fight with prison dude and Tai Chi guy had me cringing but yet couldn't stop watching. Mori is no joke and I can not wait to see what is next. Also getting a bit of a backstory  to Mira was good and showed us more so of her reasoning to compete. Park Mujin also is one scary dude. His power is frightening for sure. I so can not wait for the next episode. Hopefully they wont disqualify Mori.

Personally for me I like The God of High School 1st epsiode better than Tower of God, but since I didn't yet read The God of High School webtoon so I can't say much more than to wait for the future episodes and the development of the story.

Right-Hand Man

Personally, God of Highschool is better for me so far. It's more my style of anime. Jin, Han, and Yu are great characters and can't wait to see more of them.

GOH first episode was better than TOG. GOH seems like it's easier to get into than TOG.

Her name is Mira yoo, I think Korean's say family name first, as for your question. GOH's first episode was better than TOG but that's as far as it goes. Since I think GOH has a bigger budget and the art style is more like other animes.

The beginning of God of Highschool is incredibly good and a lot faster paced with more fun fights than Tower of God Season 1, while not throwing complicated world building and characters at you, making it a lot easier to get into than TOG. If we compare the beginning of GOH vs season 1 of TOG, GOH is definitely better in terms of the fun fights and the art, but that is mainly due to TOG season 1 being all about building up the main story/characters and telling us about the world + the not so good art, which may be a lot to take in for first time watchers/readers and it doesn't really help that the anime skips a lot of important details and scenes making some things very confusing. Season 2 of TOG however, is where everything kicks into gear, and there are fights after fights and insane plot, reveals and character development and it just gets better and better arc after arc even still in season 3 + the art gets incredibly good, some of th best in manhwa, while GOH in my opinion fell off after a certain point. The art is still amazing, but in my opinion, the story fell flat. GOH has a stronger/better start while TOG season 2 and onwards has a better story by far which just keeps getting better and better still.

Okay I couldn't really get into Tower of God (dropped off halfway through episode 10) but this I'm certain I'm in for the long haul.

there is a lot of karate style and taekwondo The one you see on tv is the modern one a different type for sports and competition and self defense that majority uses the leg only. Not all taekwondo uses legs only. Same goes for a lot of martial arts. The traditional old school generation ago was not meant to made for competition show like today eras. A lot of traditional styles and training is lost already. I guess its much more brutal and not good for show lol. The karate you learn now in most modern places are weak and they are trained different. Real traditional karate trains your body and hand to be super tough and strong enough to break a bat when you chop it and kick it. But its dangerous and causes to him self inflict damage so only in japan in some school still have those training.
