A Great reaction as always. I might have to explain some detail because the anime did miss a lot of key point information. The terms Administrator in this part is refer to sole Administrator on each floor which in this case is the Huge Creature that talking with Bam in the very first minute of the episode. And by taking Administrator Test means that Bam and friend would take the test that have been approved by that Huge Creature in the first which is the sole Administrator of this floor or can also be called 'Guardian of the floor'. Each floor has their own Guardian/Administrator and in this Floor of Test is that Huge Creature, while Lero-ro, Quant, the Director is just a normal Regular Ranker that being administrated to conduct the test, so yes they are just a mere Regular while Bam is the only Irregular present here. So in summary of who in charge of this floor is : Guardian/Administrator : The Huge Creature Floor Ruler : Evankhell (Not Present at the moment) Test Director : Hansung Yu (The Instant Coffee man) Test Administrator (Ranker) : Lero-ro, Quant, Ram, and the other teacher of each class category My explanation might be not clear enough but I hope this can clear some confusion that the anime didn't include of in detail.

So Basically by Bam taking the Administator Test here is not the test that can make Bam an Administrator, but instead is Bam taking the Test that being approved only by the sole Administrator/Guardian of this floor.

Allona you are really really underestimating a Jahad Princess who is a Ranker not regular. That ranker Ren isn't that strong enough to kill a princess alone. He said One of your enemies meaning there were multiple rankers to try and kill a princess successfully
