I think all Rankers can be Test Administrators. I never assumed one is different from the other. But there may be a difference, idk . However, blond haired dude/girl is probably also a Ranker. I’m guessing Administrators had to have climbed the tower making them Rankers as well🤷🏾‍♂️

I have not read the manga, but here is my theory. Look at how similiar the black march girl is in appearance to rachel. The show has already implied time fuckery is going on. Also, when the black march appeared in this ep she said rejoice over 'our' reunion. I know you can interpret that in different ways, but given the above I think the black march is a future version of rachel. And Bam is some fucked up OP irregular they had to seal away in the past because he was too OP.

Don't know if someone explain it to you yet, in the webtoon Lero Ro said that the shinsu moves on its own to protect Bam instead of Bam becoming shinsu. Who knows, maybe the shinsu moves by it self because Bam becomes shinsu?

For those referring to Webtoon, it’s all self explanatory as to why they did it this way in the anime. If you know how Bam power works, then you know why SIU did this to cover plots that wasn’t covered before. I read the webtoon but I’m not about to write on someone whose fresh to the series and ruin it. Refrain from writing about the webtoons. Come to a conclusion after the season is done.

A little side info from a Q&A with SIU, Lero Ro and Yuri were selected as Regulars at around the same time. It doesn't really have any relevance towards the plot, just a cool little thing :D
