yeahh ngl euphys massacre (accidental) is one of the most brutal stuff ive seen lol its like the red wedding from game of thrones. completely unexpected and horrifying. i know lelouch saying "kill the japanese" does seem like a weird example (one could say its for the plot) but it was also to give an extreme example, something that euphy would never do and to explain how powerful his ability rly is.

Euphy didn't deserve that ): IMO def one of the most tragic things in anime that I've seen. After this episode though, there is nothing but cliffhangers all the way to the end of season 2

Yeah but through out the show they never show him interact with or say that he's ever been with another guy. He's only been shown as a scientist guy who only cares about his research

Lelouch said those things to Euphy nonchalantly because he considers her as someone he can open up to and be himself. Out of all moments, this is where he pays the price for obtaining the power of geass. Deeply tragic :(
