So now I know how and why DF's appear. All I can say is wow.
*ALSO..JUST HEADS UP. I DID KNOW THAT SCRATCHMANS BOUNTY WAS LESS THAN KIDS AHEAD OF TIME. ONE OF MY FRIENDS ACCIDENTLY LET IT SLIP WHEN TALKING. :-)

For the part where they tried to lift the pipe, I don't think it's Ussop or Nami's role to be physically strong. They're still normal humans. I think the only physically strong crew will be the main trio and Franky. Everyone else has special abilities. Plus Nami was in Sanji's body, meaning Sanji wasn't that strong either.

About "Don't do anything" paper note that Chopper received: it was Law who send it. As we now know he wasn't cuffed in see prism stone so he could just teleport it using his powers. The note basically just appeared in the air.
