When I think about it, Sanji's noseblood is pushed far enough. There is also the funny side at first, but eventually it becomes too much. But I think that if Oda did that, it was to introduce another aspect of the fishmen island : the ban on giving blood to humans. And continue with the discrimination between fishmen and humans. You gotta understand that most of these silly funny gags or even some scenes in the Anime are Filler. As in it didn’t happen in the Manga but was added as fan service or to prolong the episode. Example of some filler stuff in the Anime that dosen’t make any sense and dosen’t happen in the Manga is Luffy getting hurt from taking blunt damage unless his devil fruit somehow got nullified in that moment or he was hit with Armament Haki.

I must've assumed it automatically (which I know I shouldn't do cause Oda can be tricky) but honestly it kind of made sense. Lola said that her mom is a big timer in the new world and then just by chance one of the yonkou's is a woman. Lol..So it automatically just clicked to me.
