[Hotfix] RoughSketch Hair (Spidergwen) (Patreon)

Hotfix #01 for the RoughSketch Hair (Spidergwen)

- Overhaul of the original skeleton 

- Fixed a bald spot in the original mesh 

- reduced the "floppiness" of the mesh 

- Fixed Various Sorting Issues 

- Fixed "Ghosting" (Was trying a newer method and shader went back to my old preferred method)
