My eye is all right!
It was searched on Saturday by a medic in the emergency ward of the local hospital, but no debris was found inside my eye, so I was rescheduled for a new visit with an eye specialist for Monday during lunch time.
This new doctor managed to find a white paint fragment hidden beneath my upper eyelid, that was scratching on my cornea every time I was closing or opening my eye.
She removed the fragment, and everything went back to normal immediately.
I have to use some specific eye drops in the next 5 days, but there was no major damage lefty by the splinter, so I'm fine and can go back to both of my works.
This has been a wake up call, and I promise I will wear protection glasses whenever necessary during my daily blue collar job, so as not to endanger my photographic enterprise.

I thought that the best was to celebrate the recovered health of my eye would be showing you one of the best pair of eyes from all of my models, the ones of Bianca, to prove that they are not only useful accessories, but also something to behold.
