PROBLEMS WITH PATREON? (Patreon)

Last Thursday I was unable to schedule new posts on Patreon.
I had to set up a number of Tiers like every other creator I know of, even if I still wanted to keep the participation as a free offer.

I’m now able to post, but I’m receiving messages by Patrons that are not allowed to see my contents any more and they are asked to upgrade!

Are you experiencing the same problem?

I have no idea what is Patreon doing, because they are not replying to my help request by mail.

But I suggest for you 2 things:

- check if you can see today’s post of Sugar with the title: “My ultimate studio.” If that is working for every active Patron, I will keep the same settings for the future.

- if it doesn’t work, you might have to fine tune your pledge to match one of the proposed tiers, but I have set up 4 stages to match every need, and you should not need to pay more than before to see all of my content as usual.

I’m confident we will solve these problems, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but please be patient.

Giovedì scorso non riuscivo a programmare nuovi post su Patreon.

Ho dovuto impostare un certo numero di livelli di spesa, come ogni altro creatore che conosco, anche se volevo mantenere la partecipazione come offerta gratuita.

Ora posso pubblicare, ma ricevo messaggi da utenti a cui non è più consentito vedere i miei contenuti e gli viene chiesto di aggiornare la loro offerta!

Stai riscontrando lo stesso problema?

Non ho idea di cosa stia facendo Patreon, perché non rispondono alla mia richiesta di aiuto via e-mail.

Ma ti suggerisco 2 cose:

- controlla se riesci a vedere il post di Sugar di oggi con il titolo: “My ultimate studio.” Se funziona per ogni Utente attivo, manterrò le stesse impostazioni per il futuro.

- se non funziona, potresti dover adeguare la tua offerta in denaro a uno dei livelli proposti, ne ho impostati 4 per soddisfare ogni esigenza, quindi non dovresti pagare più di prima per vedere tutto il mio contenuto come al solito.

Sono fiducioso che risolveremo questi problemi e mi dispiace per l'inconveniente, ma ti prego di essere paziente.
