I always shoot 2 or 3 frames in rapid succession, so at least one photo is going to be perfectly still.
But, if all the photos are technically correct, I can choose the best one following other criteria, like how much the eyes are open, or how the model is breathing, or other infinitesimal changes between the pictures.
In this case, between the 3 photos, I've chosen the one where the flickering LED lamp gave the strongest gleam inside the eye of Chiara.
