In my photography I frequently ask the models to take some unnatural poses in order to make them look as natural as possible, which sounds like a contradiction in terms.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it looks awkward, but it is just a way to display their bodies in the best possible way.

This is the whole point of an artistic research, to risk trying new avenues and not sticking to what is proven but commonplace.

Rarely you're going to see a pretty naked lady acting as a tabletop, but Stella has managed to pull it off pretty well in this case, and she looks convincing and refined.
