Light + color + composition = mood (Patreon)

Color or BW is always a difficult choice.
When the color scheme is particularly interesting, it is a pity to give it up for a monochrome image.
But when the composition is well balanced and the light is evocative, it is a pity to pollute the image with color.

In this case the 3 aspects are equally well resolved, and both versions work well, what is changing between them is the mood.
It is as if the color version is a painting, whilst the BW is unmistakably a photo.
