It's a long time I don't get the chance to use the house of my friend Roberto in Brescia, but I still follow his IG profile, because he has a special taste for pretty girls.
Whenever he tags a new girl, I immediately check her out.
Jiulia was discovered by me on his Instagram profile, and more recently £lisandra, and others as well.
I hate Instagram because it is always censored, but it is still useful to find potential models, that is, if they care to reply to my messages...

What are the approach that works best in your case? Paying for the model's time, work for prints, affinity of the model with your style of work?

I'm always paying the models and asking for a model release in exchange. This way I make it a contract between professionals, and I have more leverage in case of eventual disputes (I had some already...) And I also think they deserve to be payed because of the full nudity. For portraits I may ask to be payed, for lingerie I may accept a TFP (but I woulod not know how to use the pictures), for nudes it is correct that I pay the model. If the model is interested, as an added bonus I offer her the images so she can use them as well. I hope the reply is complete, if not just ask for clarifications 😉

Right, keeping it professional gives more peace of mind about publishing the photos. Looks like the best way for me, but also makes more expensive. Also looks like a good balance between portrait (being paid) and lingerie (TFP) photos. Thanks on your reply.
