Don't tell me the camera you use makes no difference, because it is not true.
This photo is a good example.
I used the (quality point and shoot) Fujufilm X100V to try and give a "Polaroid" instant photo look, less technical and refined, complete with an underestimated flash of light to make everything even more over the top.
To suit this blatant style, I asked Kiki to behave accordingly, and showed her the first pictures to explain what I was after, she soon grasped the idea as you can see in this photo.
Also the tilt of the camera is functional to the unsettling feel of this approach.

So yes, the freedom this particular camera provided did encourage this careless approach, and would have been difficult if not impossible with any other camera.
Having said that, and even if I like to experiment, I still prefer the more refined but natural style I have been working on for some years now.
